I'm Ashley. Sometimes I craft, occasionally I cook, everyday I write, and I'm always Momma. This is my blog. I keep it real while still seeing the rainbows and butterflies in all of life's lessons.
There's always going to be people who have not nice things to say and who don't like you. Been there done that. Just in the past year or so I've finally realized what truly matters. If people want to think something about be….that's fine, it's their right….but I know, and those that really know me and are important, know who I really am. And that is all that matters.

It's so important (and yet so challenging) to keep perspective, isn't it? Sons and daughters are great at bringing us to that reality though, aren't they? Even on hard days.

in this world full of cruel people, selfishness, hatred and people who have an opinion on everyone else without ever looking in the mirror (pun intended) to take a look at what might be wrong with themselves… you gotta count on what's "real" to keep ya going. and that little boy of yours is the perfect example.
