Try this.
Writing your “enough statement”.
A statement about all the beauty and goodness you see within YOU.
Because it’s healthy ya know. To love yourself.
So put it out there. Make it true.
Read it out loud, and then believe it.
Believe that you are enough.
And then, pretty please with a cherry on top, have the courage to share it with us.
Because we believe you are enough too, and we want to read why.

I don’t have a bog, so here goes;
I am enough.
I struggle with insecurities, but I am working to over come them. I have my good days, and my bad.
I love, and accept everyone for who they are.
I think outside the box, and I see all sides of the story.
I am charitable to those in need.
I am spiritual in my own way with out a religion,
I am strongly opinionated and vocal about it, but I am always respectful.
I have a nurturing soul.
I am a wonderful shoulder to cry on, and often I need a shoulder to cry on as well.
I am a fast learner.
I am a peaceful parent.

Ashley, what a great idea, for moms and their daughters! I don’t think moms realize how much their daughters internalize their mothers’ struggles with image, perfection, being ENOUGH…and an exercise like this can be great for both!
